At CultureCon, you don’t just learn about ACE, you experience what it feels like to be part of it. This summit is designed as a taste of the ACE membership experience: how we reflect, how we grow, how we engage, and how we move forward together as a community. You’ll connect with ACE members, engage in shared practices, and step into the same developmental framework that shapes our year-round work.

Consciousness — Who is the leader inside of you that leads themselves first? Explore self-awareness, grounding, and what it means to be in relationship with yourself as a leader.

Love — At what point did your love for your community become something you had to act on? Reflect on care, service, and the moment where leadership becomes responsibility.

Unity — What does it look like to truly respond to the voices of the next generation? Engage in an intergenerational experience where youth lead the conversation—and we practice listening, responding, and growing together.

Community — How are you contributing to moving us forward together? Move beyond theory by naming your role, sharing your perspective, and learning how to clearly express what you’re building, supporting, or becoming within your own community.
